Adoption Procedures



Thank you for your interest in our available Goldens. The adoption process is as follows:
 

 

Download the application and fill it out as instructed below. Once your application is complete, please return it to us by email or by mail.

 

 

All information must be complete including veterinarian references. If a question does not apply to you, please mark it N/A.
 

 

Download Instructions

 

  1. Click here to start the download process.

  2. When asked to Open or Save, click Save.

  3. Save the document on your hard drive where you'll be able to find it - like your desktop for example.

  4. Open the document using Microsoft Word and either print it and fill it out, or type the answers into the document.

  5. Return the completed document to GRRR.
