When asked to Open or Save, click Save.
Save the document on your hard drive where you'll be able to find it - like your desktop for example.
Open the document using Microsoft Word and either print it and fill it out, or type the answers into the document.
Fill out the application. Once finished, return the completed application by snail mail or e-mail. You'll find the e-mail and/or the mailing address on the bottom of the last page of the application.
